Training with quality?
Available from us with the HHO as "top training"!

The Osnabrück - Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim Chamber of Industry and Commerce has awarded Heilpädagogische Hilfe Osnabrück Verwaltungs GmbH (HHO) the "Top Training" seal of quality. With this award, the IHK recognises the company's special commitment to vocational training and the promotion of young talent.

HHO employees and trainees receive the IHK seal of approval.

At the official handover, IHK Managing Director Marco Graf presented the seal to Managing Director Jörg Richter, Commercial Director and authorised signatory Matthias Kuhnen and Training Coordinators Julian Buschermöhle and Mathias Anterhaus. Graf emphasised: "HHO impressively demonstrates how responsible and future-oriented training can succeed. The combination of social commitment, inclusion and qualified training is exemplary."

In the certification process, the HHO impressed with its comprehensive and flexible training concept. Particularly noteworthy is the wide range of internships on offer, which gives young people an early insight into practical work - from taster and school internships to long-term internships, each tailored to the target group, duration and content. In addition, the trainees act as IHK training ambassadors and provide authentic insights into their day-to-day training.

Another offer is the open job consultation hour at "einBlick" in the StadtGalerie Osnabrück: on the first and third Tuesday of every month, interested parties can talk to HHO representatives without an appointment. School classes are also regularly welcomed here to find out about career opportunities. In this way, the HHO creates a low-threshold, personal interface that makes it easier for young people to find out about careers.

Managing Director Jörg Richter emphasises: "The 'Top Training' seal is a valuable confirmation of our work. It shows that quality and humanity can be successfully combined in training. We want to give young people the chance to discover their talents and learn in an environment that strengthens and supports them."

Smart Fact

HHO supports people with disabilities at all stages of their lives - from early childhood education to work, housing and leisure to individual counselling. Every day, around 2,100 employees work with around 5,500 people with disabilities towards the common goal of enabling self-determined participation.

So far, 75 out of around 2,500 IHK training companies in the region have been awarded the quality seal. The certification process includes an initial check, a detailed questionnaire, counselling by IHK training consultants and an audit by HR experts from regional companies. Interested companies can obtain further information directly from the IHK.
